Walk-in-interview for Appointment of
Supervisor (Purchase) & Project Assistant (Purchase)
On Contract Basis
National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Centre is looking for appointment of few Secretarial Trainees on contract. The selected cans shall be offered consolidated salary based on qualification and experience. The contract will be initially for a period of One (1) year and can be extended upto maximum of Three (3) years.
Supervisor - Purchase:
A Graduate in Commerce should have minimum 8-10 (eight - ten) years experience in purchase activities in a similar organization. The can should be well versed with vendor handling, procurement, negotiations and costing and should have analytical skills, negotiation skills and communication (oral & written). The can should be well versed with Local, Foreign purchases, Import & Export etc., and should be familiar with purchase procedures of an R & D / autonomous institutions. Candidates should be well conversant with the use of PC and latest office application software and should work on online system.
Project Assistant - Purchase:
A Graduate in Commerce should have minimum of 2-3 (two-three) years experience in purchase activities in a similar organization. The can should be able to handle Purchases (local & Foreign), Import & Export etc., Independently and should be familiar with purchase procedures of R & D / automous institutions. Candidates should be well conversant with the use of PC and latest office application software and should work on online system.
Age: Below 30 years.
The selected candidates will be required to join immediately. In deserving cases salary will not be constraint for candidates with higher qualification and relevant experience.
Interested candidates may attend a walk-in interview at NCBS/ TIFR, GKVK, Bellary Road, Bangalore between 9.30 and 10.30 am on Wednesday 8th May 2011 along with typed applications on plain paper in the following format with true copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of their qualifications, experience etc.
